Our Role

While today we operate over other locations in the city, the first Narikelam Cafe was opened in Kolhapur in 2022. With holdings in hospitality, packaged foods, distribution, and hoteliers, we are a diverse company.

Despite the lingering uncertainties of Covid at the time, the Narikelam Cafe has seen exponential growth and has well on its own become one of the fastest-growing businesses based solely on providing premium quality and endorsing ethical business practices.

Our mission is to healthify fast food with the essence of South India. This comes with providing food at affordable prices without compromising on quality and taste. We want our customers to trust us when it comes to their food choices by being synonymous with delicious and hygienic.
The Vision
As inspirational as the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan was, we want to take it a step ahead by leading the contributions towards Healthy Bharat. We aim to serve as many millions of people as we can each day by 2030.

Our Story

The visionaries behind the establishment are Mr. Akshay Waghavde and Mr. Indrajeet Salokhe who have long been inspired by South Indian culture and an innate desire to spread happiness through a plate of food. The popularity that Narikelam Cafe enjoys today is a result of the passion that fuelled them to accomplish everything they have.

Yet, like true entrepreneurs, their ambitions are ever-growing; by the end of 2023, they plan to open 10 more cafes while also innovating and improving the entire experience of Narikelam Cafe. Boasting of an environment that values trust, good service and a sense of pleasure in what we do, as we aim to lead expansions on the business front, we intend to keep that very environment intact.
